Personal Prayer and Tributes.
Although St George’s Chapel in the South Transept is not formally so designated, it is the principal memorial chapel of the Church. Should you wish to offer private prayer, meditation or tributes, St George’s has been set aside for placing floral and other tributes and for personal prayer. The Church is open from about 9.00am to 5.00pm every day.
Bratton: The Council are also looking at putting a Book of Condolence up in the Church for all to sign.
Please do remember the Church is open every day for you to go up and be still and remember. Everyone is welcome.
There is also a set of Prayers in the church to help you to talk to God about what is happening at the moment, so do use them we will put a candle up there too to help us remember and reflect.
